Panola's Story
In 1983, farmer Grady "Bubber" Brown cooked and bottled his mother's secret pepper sauce recipe to keep his farm workers employed through winter. That first batch sold out in three months — and Panola Pepper was born. Over 40 years later, we're still family owned and operated right here on the farm in Lake Providence, Louisiana, making over 100 products for hot sauce lovers worldwide.
