In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until tender. Stir in cream cheese. Add corn, soup, milk, Rotel, and shrimp. Add seasonings. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook until shrimp are done. Right before serving add green onions.
(I didn’t have 2 cans of cream of shrimp so I just used one. I probably added more milk then what it says. It’s a forgiving recipe so just play with it and it will be good!)
