Place crab meat in bowl and add in other ingredients, and mix gently. Then take eggs and crack and mix in to an egg wash. Then place wrappers on a board and egg wash and fold over pinching the edges until crimped and sealed with a small pleat down the dumpling. Boil 1 gallon of water and place dumplings in and bring to a boil , when they float , they are done. Then set aside to add 4 to each soup, when base when the soup base is done.
Heat coconut milk and half and half to a simmer, add in other ingredients and turn down to low on the stove. Add oysters and cook until it curls , and add in crab dumplings and serve.
