Jalapeno Mint Sauce

Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons green crème de menthe
- 1 ½ cups fresh mint, chopped
- 1/3 cup Panola Spicy Sweet Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine and heat the first 3 ingredients.
- Dissolve the sugar.
- Add the mint and Jalapenos and bring to a boil.
- In a separate saucepan, combine the cold water and gelatin.
- Heat to dissolve the gelatin.
- Combine gelatin mixture with mint mixture and stir thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Stir before serving.
