Ingredients
- Bacon Cheeseburger SliderBurger Sliders
- Bleu Cheese Slider
- Spicy Sweet Slider
- Mouthwatering Cheeseburger
- 1 lb. Ground Sirlon
- Panola Steak Sauce
- Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- Panola Chipotle Honey Mustard
- Panola Spicy Sweet Jalapeno Peppers
- Bleu Cheese crumbles
- Cheddar Cheese
- Bacon
- Purple Onion, sliced
- Mini-buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
Directions
Mix the first 6 ingredients together, being careful to not overwork the meat. Pat into smal burgers for sliders or larger for a regular size burger. Grill to desired doneness. Grill buns for a couple minutes to warm them before assembly.
Assembly:
- Bacon Cheeseburger Slider:
Spread Panola Chipotle Honey Mustard on top bun. Place burger with melted cheese on bottom bun and top with crispy bacon. Put the top bun on and enjoy! - Bleu Cheese Slider:
If you want mayonnaise on the bun, go for it. Then place burger on the bottom bun, top with a purple onion ring, then bleu cheese crumbles, and lastly the top. Yummolicious! - Spicy Sweet Slider:
Again, if you need mayonnaise add it to the top bun. On the bottom bun build by placing burger with melted cheese, onion slice, and then 3 or 4 Spicy Sweet Jalapenos. I’m telling you – this is a good burger! - Mouthwatering Cheeseburger:
This is for those who aren’t into the cute “little” foods. The good ole regular cheeseburger. Seasoned with the Panola Steak Sauce and Panola Gourmet Sauce add the perfect mix of flavor with a hint of spice, but still allows the flavor of the meat to shine. Top the burger with your favorite topping…….lettuce, tomato, onion. This burger is sure to please everyone.
