Preheat the oven to 425 degrees on convection bake if you have the convection setting. If not, that is ok. It will just take a little longer to cook.
Generously season both sides of the chicken with Panola Poultry Seasoning and paprika.
Melt your butter and add the Gourmet Pepper Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce. Add a few dashes of onion and garlic powder. Add parsley if you have it. If now, it will be ok. Whisk until it is all combined and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the rosemary over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes on convection or 1 hour in a regular oven.
