How We Got Here

Panola Pepper Corporation is born on the oxbow banks of Lake Providence, LA.

The first bottle of Gourmet Pepper Sauce was bottled.

An electrical fire burns down the first “Pepper House”, an old farm house where it all began.

A second fire destroys the plant.

The plant is back producing and bottling hot sauce.

Grady “Bubber” Brown is honored with Small Business Award of Louisiana.

Grady Brown received the US Commerce Department’s Export Achievement Award and Businessman of the Year.

Grady’s daughter and son-in-law, Katie and Mike Coullard, move home to learn the business.

Grady’s son-in-law takes over as President and CEO of Panola Pepper Corp.

Hot Sauce is named the #1 condiment in the world

Grady Brown, founder of Panola Pepper dies.
