Sauté celery in oyster juice and butter – just a few minutes. Butter your casserole dish. Add a layer of cracker crumbs, then oysters, then celery and juice. Season with parsley, Panola Gourmet Pepper Sauce, Panola Worcestershire Sauce, and a lot of black pepper. Add half of the Half & Half. Make another layer of the same ending with the rest of the Half & Half. Top with more cracker crumbs and butter. Bake in the oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
