Ingredients

• 6 hard boiled eggs
• 3 tbs. mayonnaise
• 2 tbs. sour cream
• 2 tbs. finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp. lemon juice
• 1 tbs. dry mustard
• 2 tbs. Panola Clearly Hot Sauce
• salt and pepper to taste
• Paprika

Directions

1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash with Panola Clearly
2. Hot Sauce to make a paste. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika. Stir well.
3. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika and a slice of stuffed olive. Olive is optional.
